The focus will be on improving flexibility, cementing basics, and increasing strength and stamina needed for good fundamental wushu.
NOTE: REGULAR PRACTICES THIS WEEK HAVE BEEN REPLACED WITH 7, HOUR LONG PRACTICES THROUGH SUNDAY.
