APSA is short for the Asian Pacific-Islander Student Alliance, one of the large multi-asian clubs on campus (the other is MASA). The high school conference is an outreach event where we bring in students from nearby, lower-priveliged high schools and teach them about financial aid, college entrance requirements, transfer options, etc.
